Founder and Managing Director

Hillary is the founder and managing director of Morgridge Accounting Solutions, where she helps nonprofits and mission-driven businesses thrive financially. With over 12 years of experience as an accountant and CPA—including roles in nonprofit campaign finance, public accounting, and tax—she turns complex numbers into clear, actionable insights. Beyond spreadsheets, Hillary has spent over 10 years serving on boards of directors, giving her unique perspective on organizational leadership. When not helping clients, you’ll find her with her two kids, gardening, or hiking Colorado’s trails.

Katelynn Tenbrook, CPA

Director of Accounting

With over a decade of experience in the accounting industry, including a background in public accounting as an auditor and in multiple financial leadership roles, Katelynn brings technical expertise and practical wisdom to every client relationship. Her passion for improving processes and streamlining procedures transforms financial chaos into smooth-running systems. Whether she’s reconciling complex transactions or translating numbers into usable information, she approaches every challenge like a true sommelier—pairing the perfect financial solution with an organization’s unique needs. When she’s away from her desk, Katelynn’s focus turns to where she truly has the greatest impact – raising her son. She and her family can be found exploring antique shops, wandering through the woods, or casting a line in the water.

Hannah Van Note, PHR

Director of HR & Operations

Hannah Van Note, PHR, is a mission-driven Human Resources professional who brings both strategic insight and genuine care to workforce management. With experience spanning across diverse industries, including both nonprofit and corporate, Hannah has successfully guided hundreds of employees through complex transitions and growth initiatives. She combines her anthropology background with HR expertise to understand what truly motivates teams. Whether implementing new systems or fostering engagement, Hannah approaches each challenge with curiosity and strategic thinking aimed at creating lasting impact.

Shayna Keese, CPA

Tax & Accounting Manager

Shayna Keese has over five years of experience specializing in not-for-profit taxation. Her expertise includes Form 990s, UBTI, and compliance requirements for various sectors, including healthcare, education, arts, and community service.

With a background in public accounting, nonprofit audit, and state taxation, Shayna offers a well-rounded perspective on the challenges facing mission-driven organizations. She helps clients navigate complex reporting and year-end planning to ensure compliance and maximize organizational impact.

Beyond accounting, Shayna runs her small business, Crochets by Shay, selling handmade pieces at Colorado markets and online. She also enjoys hot yoga and spending quality time with her dog, Vienna.

Ellery Laiche

Senior Accounting Associate

Ellery Laiche is a detail-oriented accountant with over five years of experience in financial reporting and process improvement. Currently a Senior Accounting Associate at Morgridge Accounting Solutions, she specializes in bookkeeping, account reconciliation, and payroll assistance. With a proven track record across diverse industries—from government contracting to manufacturing—Ellery excels at identifying discrepancies, managing high-volume transactions, and implementing solutions that streamline operations. She’s passionate about helping organizations maintain financial accuracy while driving growth.

Bookkeeping Specialist

Hayley Marsh is a passionate and dedicated bookkeeper who puts in the effort it takes to succeed. Always striving to grow both personally and professionally, Hayley believes in setting high standards, taking pride in her work, and approaching every challenge with focus and determination. Success is measured by much more than career achievements for Hayley, whose greatest fulfillment comes from being a mother and spending meaningful time with her beautiful son. Whether sharing everyday moments or creating lasting memories together, motherhood keeps Hayley grounded and reminds her of what truly matters. Balancing professional goals with the role of being a mom gives Hayley perspective, motivation, and a deeper sense of purpose in all her work.
